Travel organization for department and other VIP visitors-Book hotels, flights, transportations; Prepare travel expense report Office administration work-Order stationeries and pantry supplies; Keep the office facilities in good conditions and request service from in-house service groups; Organize driver's working schedule and other departmental issues. Preparation of documents in assistance to DT GM- Prepare drafts of letters, memos, faxes, reports for the DT GM upon request- prepare minutes of meeting for meetings chaired by DT GM upon request and ensure that it is distributed accordingly after approved from DT GM.
