職責范圍:
Design reasonable welding and heat treatment process base on existing equipment, product
charactistics…, create working instruction, design fixture to ensure product quality; / 根據公
司的熱處理及焊接工藝裝備、產品特點等要求采用合理的熱處理、焊接工藝、工裝和
設備，制定合理的工藝，編制工藝文件和工裝設計，滿足產品質量要求；
Responsible to realize the design and develop outputs in production, including creating.
operation specification, validation and verification of production process, etc. / 負責將產品
設計或優化變更轉移至生產過程，并負責驗證和確認等相關過程；
Analysis defective parts and troubleshooting for failures in production line, report and
actions follow up / 負責分析不合格品以及處理和報告；
Set up and implement process control /建立過程控制程序；
Optimize the process to obtain high quality for products, and ensure the on-time delivery, as
well. /優化流程以確保產品質量和發貨需求；
Improve process cability from cost and productivity aspects. / 從成本和生產率方面提高工
藝的可操作性；
Continual monitoring the critical parameters to ensure the production quality is stable /持續
監控關鍵參數以確保產品質量穩定；
Other tasks assigned by the supervisor/經理指定的其他任務；
