Responsibilities: 主要職責(zé)
1. Dealing with customers to support their passive safety development projects;
與客戶保持良好溝通以支持被動(dòng)安全的項(xiàng)目；
2. Definition of most efficient technical solutions and test plan to achieve customer targets;

3. Management, performance and follow-up of safety tests according to regulations and consumer requirements;
根據(jù)法規(guī)和客戶需要來安排、執(zhí)行并跟進(jìn)車輛安全性能測試；
4. Test data post-processing and analysis，reports and certificates validation.
測試數(shù)據(jù)上傳和分析并完成測試報(bào)告和證書驗(yàn)證。

Requirements: 任職要求
1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Automotive/ Mechanical);
本科及以上工程專業(yè)學(xué)士學(xué)位（汽車、機(jī)械）；
2. More than two years' working experience of crash testing;
兩年以上碰撞安全測試經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
3. Knowledge of global passive safety regulatory requirements and NCAP requirements;
熟悉被動(dòng)安全的法規(guī)要求和碰撞標(biāo)準(zhǔn);
4. Good communication skill in both Chinese and English;
良好的中英文溝通能力；
5. Ability to work with in team;
良好的團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作能力；
6. Willing to travel.
