In this role, you have the opportunity to
Establish a timely and effective inbound material flow to support production and to ensure timely outbound shipment processing to meet customer requirements, always in compliance with governmental rules and regulations.
You are responsible for Customs and Shipping related activities including:
-FCL shipments booking and related issue.
-Container local transportation arrangement
-Submit SI for all shipments
-B/L check and file for FCL
-Customs inspection arrangement
OBL Arrangement
-Shipment delay report-FCL
-HK kitting shipping arrangement
-Accuracy of shipment plan review (Cross check)
-Weekly sea forecast reporting to IWD
-IMO code follow up for Customs clearance
-Monthly FCL forecast to local carrier
-Rail shipment arrangement
-Truck shipment arrangement
-Export control key contact window.
-Export control system issue follow up.
-Ensure compliance with Philips Corporate Export Controls for activities under control.
-Ensure compliance with Philips Supply Chain Security procedures for activities under control.
You are a part of
-A professional Operations team in Philips Zhuhai site.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience.
-Education: College degree or above with knowledge on international trade business.
-Experience: More than 3 yrs. experience in Shipping and import/export declaration and relative activities. Familiar with Import/Export delivery arrangement.
-Experience on Customs clearance/handbook/license application management or process.
-Competency and Skills:
-Computer: Familiar with Word, Excel and Power Point.
-Language Good English skills both oral and written.
-Others: Self-motivated, “can-do” attitude
