Collaborate with cross function team to define BMS validation strategy, including functional test and durability test. ? Create DVPV test plan and test methods, ? Responsible for the development of the BMS HiL test bench, including: ? Hardware architecture design based on validation requirements. ? Collaboration with supplier for HiL bench production. ? Development of HiL test case library. ? Responsible for BMS test sample preparation. ? Responsible for the execution of BMS functional test and durability test, including HiL test programming, test data analysis, and test report creation. ? Responsible for guiding and tracking the tests planned in 3rd party laboratories. ? Leading BMS test problem solving, active collaboration with cross function teams is required. ? Responsible for the collaboration with BMS global development team to complete closed-loop management of design requirements and validation results. Position Requirement: Master’s degree in electrical or electronic engineering Experience of: ? Min 3 years HiL test experience ? In automotive applications ? DVPV in automotive industry With knowledges and skills: ? HiL bench (e.g., LABCAR, DSPACE, NI) ? Automotive testing tools (e.g., ECU_Test) ? CANoe ? INCA ? Understanding of PCBA schematic and layout drawing ? Basic knowledge of programming language (e.g., C, Python, CAPL) Soft skills: ? English written and spoken. ? Good communication skills ?
