KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
ASSORTMENT PLANNING:
· Create assortment plans by channel/ store clusters based on GCA range, marketing support, option plan, historical data analysis, market trend and get x-function feedback, lead discussion and get alignment
· Help to create and recompile a clear merchandising plan at a store cluster level, involving in develop assortment seasonal strategy, according to segmentation, local needs and sell-out data, etc.
· Integrate with Brand Com and Retail Marketing /BU with right mandatory package distribution
· Ensure right product in right place to maximize the business with structured option in Omni channel
· X-Function communication
