The Sr. Director ISC for UOP APAC is responsible for overseeing the supply chain operations across three UOP factories in the APAC region, with an additional three Advanced Materials (ADM) factories as matrix reports. This leader is responsible for the achievement of metrics (Safety, Quality, Inventory, Delivery, Cost and People) within their organization. Key Responsibilities: ? Develop and execute manufacturing strategies aligned with organizational goals, including capacity planning, production scheduling, and process optimization. ? Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and increase productivity across supply chain operations, from raw material procurement to finished goods delivery. ? Establish and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, negotiate contracts, and monitor performance to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and reliability of the supply chain. ? Oversee production planning, scheduling, and execution to meet customer demand while minimizing lead times, inventory levels, and production costs. ? Collaborate with quality assurance teams to maintain high standards of product quality and compliance with regulatory requirements throughout the manufacturing process. ? Optimize logistics and distribution networks to ensure timely delivery of products to customers while minimizing transportation costs and lead times. ? Work closely with other departments, including procurement, engineering, sales, and finance, to align manufacturing and supply chain activities with overall business objectives. ? Serve as lead for ESS ISC for the APAC region, representing the function for regional business reviews and activities. ?
