Job Description： Create design specification documents and component test specifications. Be representative to clarify battery product mechanical requirements within project team (understand mechanical design requirements of the battery components and assembly, including the function of each component, drawings, specifications, and production requirements). Ensure the fulfillment of component specifications via assessment of component qualification test result. Optimize the component design via DFM discussion with component supplier, assess and release the component test. Define Li-Ion battery pack manufacturing specification in cooperation with process engineers. Perform DFMEA / DRBFM activities based on development and change scope for mechanical design. Lead the issue solving for mechanical topics and support other issue solving in project depends on request. Initiate necessary engineering changes according to ECR process.
