This is an IT oriented role. Career professional as PMO preferred, technology education/skill is not mandatory while will help you play better in tech team.
Portfolio Mgmt:
？ Project Portfolio Mgmt
1) Collect monthly portfolio topic and Materials and hold the meetings ;
2) Project Time Mgmt : main focusing on monitoring the rebaseline or projects of delays ;
3) Project Communication -Digital One pager. Based on the governance guidence, PMO need to monitor the communication status and make sure 100% readiness of DOP from Global wide ;
4) Project Closure mgmt.If project complete, PMO need to check with PMs to make sure all the deliverables have been well documented ;
5) After project tracking : for those CPP Projects, PMO need to collect related KPIs (in CPP Scorecard) after 6 months ;
？ Project Governance
1) Project mgmt standard upgrade ;
2) Governance Calendar Mgmt(Inc. EA) to arrange related meeting with zone and global CIO Office for CPP
