Job Summary:
1.Support plant manager for business planning and cost improvement activities
2.Overall drive plant focus projects, including cost down project, efficiency improvement in the indirect process, sustainability improvement, etc.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Support the plant manager for business planning (investment, HC, budget, improvement measures, etc.), as well as the implementation and tacking, support the alignment with the plant departments and external stakeholders.
2. Design plant operation cost down strategy and focus, roadmap, closely work with each department to drive a number of initiatives, including productivity, lean structure, material flow, digitalization transformation, etc.
3. Drive the overall efficiency improvement project in the indirect area with LEAN approach and the digital solutions, work closely with function teams (manufacturing, quality, logistics) to improve the indirect productivity, including defining the project road map, tracking the sub-project status, leading the lighthouse projects.
4. Drive short term actions-oriented topics to support the plant achieving the targets on safety, quality, cost, and delivery.
5. Support the plant manager for the KPI and report preparation and continuously improve the efficiency and effectiveness with the LEAN approach and digitalization transformation.
6. Other tasks assigned by superior.

1. Bachelor degree or above, industrial Engineering project management, production management, Master degree in economic management is preferred;
2. At least 3 years working experience in lean manufacturing or project management area, automobile industry is preferred;
3. Good communication and presentation skill, structure and logic, systematical thinking;
4. Project management skill, good at PPT, Power BI, Excel ;
5. Be able to operate independently and to be pro-active;
6. Open mind, result orientation, with ambition;
7. Fluent in both oral and written English ;
8. Experience on plant or BU level project management is preferred.
