Your tasks and responsibilities:
1. Synchronize new order income/delivery book in SAP and HQ SAP system to ensure financial date to be synchronized globally.
確認新訂單及發貨的準時進入及訂單信息在系統間的同步傳遞,以確保全球財務數據同步。
2. Measurement of compliance with the delivery quantities and deadlines, in order to initiate proactive measures for optimizing delivery reliability in good time.
通過協調發貨數量和期限是否符合訂單要求,及時地采取積極措施提高發貨可靠性。
3. Dispatch invoicing for finished goods in time, in order to ensure timely dispatch and delivery reliability to the customer and a corresponding value flow. To ensure the relevant sales income can be booked in time.及時檢查成品的發貨時間和調度/發票開具以確保對客戶的準時調度和交付可靠性及相應的價值流,以確保相應的銷售收益及時入賬。
Your qualifications and experience:
1. At least 2 years work experience in logistics or in related functional areas. The work experience at multi-national company will be the plus.
2年以上物流或供應鏈工作經驗,具備跨國公司工作經驗者優先。
2. Bachelor degree or above
本科或以上學歷
3. Good English skills (oral/writing/listening)
良好的英語聽說讀寫能力
4. Strong communication skill
較強的溝通能力
5. Basic commercial knowledge
具備商務基礎概念
6. Advanced ERP skills
較強的企業資源軟件應用能力
7. Understanding on whole supply chain operation logic
了解并理解供應鏈整體運作理念
