We have an exciting opportunity at Caterpillar Foundation for a Global Grants Manager overseeing a portfolio of philanthropic grants in China and in specific countries in the Asia-Pacific and European regions. This position will lead the strategic development and execution of our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives in these regions, ensuring compliance with international standards, fostering partnerships and amplifying our global presence. This role requires a visionary leader adept at navigating the complexities of international grant management, corporate philanthropy and strategic program implementation.

What you will do: As a Manager of Global Grants, you will play a pivotal role in steering CSR initiatives towards greater impact and alignment with our global grants team. Here’s a closer look at the core activities you will lead and contribute to:
Strategize, Build and Manage Grant Portfolio: Develop and execute strategic CSR programs that adhere to our shared-value model of corporate philanthropy and align with our organizational goals – emphasizing community impact and program sustainability. You will work closely with internal and external teams to understand local needs and tailor programs that create meaningful impact across three pillars: Workforce Development, Sustainable Infrastructure, and Disaster Preparedness
