SUMMARY OF JOB (Tele-marketing Specialist):
Explore sales lead from inbound hotline and the response from Marcom each activity based on professional tele-selling skills and knowledge on the product and business model .Our aim is to contribute qualified sales lead to sales team.

7) 7. Inbound Hotlines – Customers, Partners and Prospects
Qualification
1) Bachelor Degree or above
2) Major in engineering, computer Science is preferred.
3) At least 4 years working experience, including 2 years in software sales, Tele-sales experience will be a plus.
4) Understand the products of mainstream software manufacturers
5) Is able to quickly establish and build relationships with customers,
6) Is good in written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
7) Highly motivated and proactive, willing to take challenges and passionate
8) Team work
9) Excellent computer skills
10) Good English skills (reading, written and spoken)
11) Good Cantonese and Mandarin skills(reading, written and spoken)
