崗位職責(zé) Job Description：


1. 深入了解開(kāi)發(fā)商項(xiàng)目的精裝修設(shè)計(jì)要求和市場(chǎng)定位，分析其標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化設(shè)計(jì) / Deeply understand the refined decoration design requirements and market positioning of developers’ project and analyze their standardized designs;
2. 全面評(píng)估開(kāi)發(fā)商的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化設(shè)計(jì)，提出優(yōu)化建議，指導(dǎo)設(shè)計(jì)方向 / Fully assess the developer’s standardized designs, offer optimization suggestions, and guide the design direction;
3. 與開(kāi)發(fā)商的設(shè)計(jì)部門建立并保持長(zhǎng)期合作關(guān)系 / Build and maintain long-term partnerships with developers' design departments;
4. 與KA銷售部門協(xié)調(diào)，提供技術(shù)和營(yíng)銷支持 / Provide technical and marketing support in coordination with KA sales.
5. 研究?jī)?yōu)秀的精裝修設(shè)計(jì)和規(guī)劃策略，制定有針對(duì)性的對(duì)策和創(chuàng)新解決方案 / Study excellent refined decoration design and planning strategies, and formulate targeted countermeasures and innovative solutions.

專業(yè)資質(zhì)要求 Professional Requirements：


1. 本科及以上學(xué)歷，5年及以上家電或3C行業(yè)服務(wù)經(jīng)驗(yàn) / Bachelor degree or above, at least 5 years experience in Appliance or 3C service industry;
2. 至少3年櫥柜設(shè)計(jì)或廚房規(guī)劃經(jīng)驗(yàn)，有開(kāi)發(fā)商的設(shè)計(jì)管理或類似工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先 / At least 3 years of cabinet design or kitchen planning experience. Experience in developers' design management or similar role is preferred;
3. 有室內(nèi)設(shè)計(jì)、建筑設(shè)計(jì)、工業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)或相關(guān)領(lǐng)域經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先 / Experience in interior design, architectural design, industrial design or related fields is preferred;
4. 精通CAD、3DMAX、Photoshop等，具有優(yōu)秀的繪圖和空間規(guī)劃技能 / Proficient in CAD, 3DMAX, Photoshop, etc., with excellent drawing and space planning skills;
5. 英語(yǔ)聽(tīng)說(shuō)讀寫流利 / Fluent in English.
