主要職責:
1. 負責與貨柜管控有關的所有事務；
2. 準確處理所有需要的報告，并及時提交給相關方；
3. 根據對現有庫存水平和預測的評估，與其他部門以及亞洲貨柜總部門協調有關貨柜的供應計劃；
4. 有效分析和控制貨柜流轉的成本；
5. 與貨柜生產商保持緊密聯系，確保新貨柜的順利交付；
6. 清除系統中任何錯誤的貨柜數據；
7. 監管過期的貨柜；
8. 安排卡車運輸空置貨柜；
9. 對出入境的空置貨柜進行海關申報。
應聘要求：
1. 大專及以上學歷；
2. 1-3年相關工作經驗；物流、國際貿易、采購及供應管理相關專業優先；
3. 海運行業工作經驗優先;
4. 倉庫檢查和維修經驗尤佳；
5. 良好的英語口語和書寫能力；
6. 熟練運用辦公軟件；
7. 良好的溝通能力，獨立工作能力以及團隊合作能力；
8. 積極樂觀的工作態度，抗壓能力強。
Responsibilities：
61 Responsible for all matters in relation to Equipment Control
61 Ensure all required reports are properly done and submitted to concerned parties timely
61 Co-ordinate with other HL departments and Hapag-Lloyd Asia Equipment supply plan according to evaluation of existing stock level and forecast
61 Analyze and control costs of container expenses in an effective way
61 Keep close contact with container factories for new production container delivery and handover to HL
61 Clear any container data errors in FIS-EQ
61 Monitor overdue containers
61 Arrange the trucking for empty equipment deadheading
61 Update container movements/activities into FIS EQ
61 Arrange customs declaration for inbound
