1. Strategical data analysis based on order/billing/FCST data to better monitor the business trend.
2. Price book review and maintenance; RFQ monitoring and analysis.
3. Investigate low activity customers by reviewing distributor’s weekly report and regularly conduct a customer survey through phone to improve customer’s satisfaction.
4. Key global accounts management, make alignment between global sales team and customers for the demand and FCST.
5. Internal process alignment and new sales training.
6. System enhancement and clean up.
7. Internal audit support.
Requirement:
1. Bachelors in business management or marketing etc., over 3 years ‘experience in sales operation/supply chain or marketing of semiconductor industry.
2. Good communication skills and logic thinking.
3. Excellent excel and PPT skills.
4. Fluent in both oral and written English.
5. Positive and aggressive attitude.
