工作職責：Responsibilities：
1.能夠全英文授課，并保證教學質量；
Can teach in English and ensure the quality of instruction.
2.能夠熟練操作辦公軟件，獨立制作教學課件;
Proficiency in office software, and capable of independently designing courseware.
3.能夠通過電話教學，日常溝通等方式對學生的學習效果進行跟蹤，為家長提供優秀的教學售后服務.

4.能夠進行教室和教具的日常維護和管理；

入職要求Entry requirements：
1、大學本科或以上學歷；（英語專業、教育專業、有相關工作經驗或海外留學經驗者可適當放寬）
University degree or above;(English, Education, relevant work experience or study abroad experience may be relaxed)
2、口語標準、地道；較強的讀寫能力；
Standard oral English, strong literacy;
3、熱愛兒童和英語戲劇、口才教育事業；
Loves children, and having an English drama、Eloquenc educational career;
