Summary: Responsible for assessing, insuring, and improving the reliability of company’s products 負責公司產品可靠性的評估和改善 RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Study and develop new reliability test methods to improve existing methods to meet MPS’ special test requirements and to solve any issues or problems; 改進現有方法研究并開發新的可靠性測試方法以滿足MPS特殊測試需求或解決問題。 7. Perform other tasks assigned by superior. 完成上級交辦的其他工作任務。 REQUIREMENTS:

1. M.S. or B.S. in electronics or semiconductor; background in statistics and reliability theory is a plus; 電子/半導體相關專業本科及以上學歷，統計學及可靠性相關知識背景;
2. Good knowledge of analog circuit, device physics, wafer process, assembly/package, etc.具備模擬電路，器件，工藝，封裝等相關行業知識;
3. Good communication skills (both oral and written English) 良好的英語讀寫能力;
4. Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork; 責任心及團隊合作精神.
