Mission:
- Leading production team to ensure high quality production and on time delivery (OTD) while interacting with other cross functional team members.

Areas of Responsibilities:
- Supervisor and Administer employees in the PCBA and box build production area. Observe and control the workmanship results of manufacture personnel.
- Ability to independently lead team to ensure high quality production, on time delivery and safety.
- Ability to Assign and plan the workload( Capacity Planning) and make production improvement suggestion and actions.
- Ability to guide and Train Employees
- Observation of Measuring processes to ensure that given parameters are adhered to
- Ensure that Norms, regulars and quality guidelines are adhered to
- Knowledge in handling of PCBA's/ Components according to IPCA 610
- Ensure that Safety Regulations are adhered to
- Estimate Operators' performance

Experiences:
- At least 5 years' production management experience in PCBA or box build manufacturing area.
- Good Knowledge on people management and performance management
- Good knowledge on lean, 5S and continuous improvement knowledge and capability of MS Office and Web applications
- Good English both in Spoken and Writing
- PCBA basic manufacturing process knowledge
- SAP Knowledge is preferable
