job responsibilities：
SMT (PCBA) System/FATP
Bilingual training delivery, SOP creation, certification process
Transfer knowledge from Asia team to U.S./KSA operators
1. NPI project development, feasibility analysis and evaluation (layout, capacity, process, PFMEA, DFX, equipment, fixtures, automation...etc)
2. Set up and optimize SMT/System/FATP lines for NPI and mass production
3. SOP standard document creation
