Equipment upgrades and modifications, evaluate equipment performance 6. Team management, work shifts, and ensuring resources to support production goals 7. Prepare and manage equipment maintenance and repair budgets 8. Analyze maintenance and repair costs to save costs and improve efficiency 9. Safety and compliance, ensure that equipment operation and maintenance comply with safety standards and specifications to prevent accidents. 10. Train cadres, complete talent cultivation, and accelerate production line management 11. Performs other related duties as assigned.
