JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for ensuring a product or service meets the established standards of quality including reliability, usability and performance.
Essential Functions, Roles and Responsibilities:
Practice safe work habits and comply with all quality, safety, health and environmental policies, procedures, programs and regulations.
Inspect machine parts to ensure conformance to engineering drawings and specifications.
Measure dimensions using precision instruments.
Hardness test parts.
Reports time against jobs.
Reports NCR’s.
Perform other regular duties as assigned or requested.
EDUCATION, TRAINING, EXPERIENCE:
College’s degree or above, over 3 years quality system implement experience
JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES:
Implementation of quality management system, auditing and testing experience
Product or industry-specific experience
Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and databases
Knowledge of tools, concepts and methodologies of QA
Communication skills - verbal and written
Data collection, management and analysis
Problem analysis and problem solving
Teamwork
