RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Dispose the non-conforming lot with failure analysis, product, testing and reliability departments, find root cause, define corrective actions and
preventive actions, and follow up for the close loop. 生產異常處理，受影響物料風險評估，改善措施和預防措施持續跟蹤；
2. Provide FA report, 8D report for customer failure complaint case,
confirm root cause, solution, CAPA etc. 輯寫客戶FA報告，8D報告，和內部工程部門協作，對客戶遇到的電感相關失效做根因分析，制定改善和預防措施；
3. NPI supporting, working with the other engineering department to
complete inductor in the new product qualification and NPI process. 新產品導入，對接本公司其它工程部門，完成新產品中使用的電感的驗證、評估和量產導入；
4. Inductor supplier quality management and continues improvement. 供應商資質審核，實施質量策劃（APQP），持續質量提升；
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Bachelor degree or above, from electronics related, at least 2 years’ experience in supplier quality management, it’s better to have experience on inductor
design, NPI, manufacture managers etc.. 本科及以上，有至少2年或以上供應商管理經驗，或者有電感設計、生產NPI工程師工作經驗；
2. Have experience on handling customer quality complaint by FA report, 8D report. 有FA，8D的工作經驗；
3. Strong communication skill, logic thinking, team work; 溝通能力強、邏輯思維清晰、團隊合作；
4. Smooth English in both speaking and writing流利的英語表達，書寫。
