(COTC) - to transform the UOP Connected Solutions. Honeywell UOP is seeking a highly
motivated and skilled Chemical Engineer to join our China digital solutions team. The successful
candidate will be responsible for deploying digital solutions end-to-end for new customers, as
well as monitoring and reviewing data to recommend optimal performance. The ideal
candidate will have a deep understanding of chemical engineering principles, as well as
expertise in digital solutions and data analytics.
You will be an integrated network of technical professionals working together to provide
outstanding technical insights and generate value for our customers using insights extracted
from data.
Job Description:
Deploy and maintain end-to-end digital solutions, from installation to post-implementation
support.
61 Review operations with customers and assist with defining and quantifying customer
benefits.
61 Monitor and identify areas for improvement/optimization for UOP technology.
61 Manage incoming customer requests and work with technology experts, for quick
resolution.
61 Proactively communicate insights from trends, establish patterns, diagnostic
investigations, and solutions to prevent future issues.
61 Maintain high availability of digital tools.
61 Work with the development / technical services teams to innovate - next-generation of
monitoring tools (Analytics using exception-based /Artificial Intelligence/Machine
Learning).
Additional Candidate Qualifications:
61 Passion for visualizing hidden relationships in technical data
61 Must demonstrate leadership to respond to customers seeking an urgent resolution to
sometimes ambiguous technical needs quickly gain the Customer's trust and show
accountability for problem resolution.
