Job Responsibilities 工作職責：
1. Engine Maintenance、Repair
發動機維護與修理
2. 2-stroke engine(MANBW, WARTSILA) D/D maintenance/commissioning service
開展干塢維護、2-stroke engine調試與檢修服務
3. 4-stroke engine(HiMSEN) engine maintenance service
開展4-stroke engine檢修服務
4. Reporting Service report, RCA, daily report, etc. in English
用英語編寫服務報告、根本原因分析及日報
5. Customer inquiry management and handling, technical assistance
處理客戶咨詢，提供技術支持和解決方案

Qualifications 任職要求
1. College or university’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
大專及以上學歷，機械/電氣工程本科
2. ≥3 years as Ship’s Marine Engineer, Engine Maker or in Engine Service Company.
3年以上船舶輪機員/發動機制造商/發動機服務公司經驗
3. Hands-on 2-stroke and 4-stroke marine engine operation/maintenance. (engineer and supervisor level).
二沖程與四沖程船用發動機操作/維護經驗，具備工程師及主管能力
4. Fluent English (writing and speaking) for reporting/communication.
英語流利，能撰寫報告并進行技術交流
5. Team player with problem-solving skills、
團隊合作精神及解決問題能力
6. Customer-centric attitude and service-oriented mindset.
以客戶為中心的服務理念
7. Maintain relationships with colleagues, subcontractors and clients.
維護同事、分包商及客戶關系
8. Preferred Skills 優先條件
- Knowledge of electric systems and engine control systems.
了解電氣系統及發動機控制系統
- Experience in leading and overseeing service teams.
具備服務團隊管理經驗
- Basic Korean proficiency (elementary level).
基礎韓語能力

Work Location: May be reassigned to Shanghai or Shenzhen based on business needs.
