Job Summary:
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Staff or Sr. Staff Electrical Engineer (Advanced Engineering) located in Shenzhen.
該主任硬件工程師/高級主任硬件工程師（大功率電源系統Advanced Engineering）工作地點為深圳。
The Staff Electrical Engineer / Sr Staff Electrical Engineer is accountable for the development of technology and platform for next generation high power supplies. The job encompasses development of leading-edge power system, proof of concept, platform working prototypes, design simulations, patent application and technology presentation materials. This job require engagement with multiple groups on latest available technology, research of new inventions, collaboration with product development design teams.
What a typical day looks like:
? Leading a project to responsible for developing leading-edge design and development from concept stage to working platform within the defined requirements
? Work across functional teams to ensure product meet product specification, cost target, schedule, etc.
? Design concept decision maker, including topology architecture, component selection, PCB layout, EMC, Safety, Reliability etc.
? Provides technology leadership and makes decision on how to solve technical related problems so encountered throughout the development phases
? Design support and issue solving during the product design stage which is handled by the product design team

? 負責硬件相關的系統方案設計和詳細方案設計、原理圖設計和器件選型，負責產品的EMC設計、安規設計、可靠性設計，
? 負責產品的調試測試，輸出設計開發相關的完整交付資料，牽頭負責方案在開發中的技術問題，
? 為后續產品研發階段（由產品設計團隊主持）提供技術支持
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
? Bachelor (or above) in power electronics or electrical, automation.
? 8 years design experience for BS degree, 5 years design experience for Master degree, 2 years design experience for PhD degree, in high power supply design (Telecom, Server, OBC, EVFC, HVDC, SST ...), independent project design experience. SST design experience is highly preferred.
? Strong Power electronics / power supply design knowledge, well understanding about popular topology such as Totem-pole PFC, Vienna PFC, T-NPC, ANPC, flyback, LLC, DAB, etc.
? Solid magnetics design skill and experience
? Familiar with AC/DC PSU EMC and Safety regulation, familiar with engineering tools such as MatchCAD, SIMetrix, PSIM, PADs,
? Self-motivated, passionate work, good team work
? Good English
? 電力電子或相關專業本科及以上學歷, 碩士以上學歷優先考慮；
? 數字控制大功率功率系統開發經驗，本科學歷10年以上；碩士研究生學歷，7年以上；博士研究生學歷，4年以上；
? 扎實的電力電子技術基礎和較強的動手能力，熟悉電力電子線路，基礎控制理論和功率半導體器件特性；有固態變壓器研發經驗者優先
? 對Totem-pole PFC, Vienna PFC, T-NPC, ANPC, flyback, LLC, CLLC, DAB等拓撲有深入的了解。
? 扎實的磁性元器件設計經驗
? 熟悉AC / DC PSU的EMC和安規設計, 熟練掌握MatchCAD, SIMetrix/Pspice, PADs等軟件
? 積極主動、善于溝通表達、團隊合作性強
? 良好的英語聽說讀寫能力
