Manage and support/maintain IT cloud infrastructure systems and services. Responsibilities: 1. Core Experience: 5 years of experience managing enterprise-level Microsoft environments (M365/Azure/AD); proficient in Power Platform automation development. 2. Technical Ability: In-depth knowledge of Azure IaaS/PaaS services and security/compliance policies; proficient in PowerShell scripting. 3. Comprehensive Skills: Excellent troubleshooting skills; ability to provide support for VIPs; capable of knowledge documentation and sharing. 4. Good people and communication skills (English, Chinese).
