Here, you will make an impact by doing some or all of the following: ● Supporting anti-counterfeiting and enforcement activities, including evidence collection, authentication reports preparation, online takedowns, and coordination with external investigators or agencies ● Conducting preliminary online investigations or marketplace reviews when necessary ● Assisting evidence collection for trademark cancellation and invalidation ● Conducting basic IP searches (e.g., trademark availability, patent status) and compile search results for attorney review ● Handling inventor compensation calculations ● Coordinating China departing employee NCA review ● Gathering and summarizing information on IP laws, procedures, and regulatory requirements in relevant jurisdictions ● Assisting drafting, reviewing, and organizing IP-related agreements and documents ● Providing administrative support for IP trainings, presentations, and internal communications ● Working closely with business teams, marketing, R
