Job Responsibilities

1. Lead advanced data analytics and machine learning initiatives (trend detection, forecasting, anomaly detection, risk stratification) to generate actionable insights for healthcare quality and compliance.
2. Design and deliver stakeholder-specific dashboards and reports (executive, regulatory) using Power BI and data storytelling best practices.
3. Develop and maintain AI/ML-driven quality tools and automations (NLP for document management, predictive analytics, automated quality checks, chat assistants for SOP/QMS guidance).
4. Manage integration and lifecycle of third-party quality systems (MasterControl, Synthesis, ServiceNow), including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, release, and ongoing support.
5. Evaluate and continuously improve healthcare quality processes and systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and driving process automation and transformation.

Job Requirements

1. Relevant experience in information technology support, bio-engineering, or related environment based on the following number of years: Standard: Two (2) years; Senior: Four (4) years
2. Education: Bachelors’ degree or equivalent in Maths, Statistics, Business Analytics, or similar discipline Experienced with web-based applications, AI Tools like Power BI and Power Automate to create dashboards and reports
3. Language: Proficiency in English
4. Preferably worked in Pharma/Med Device company.
