Responsibility:
1.客戶開發與業績達成:負責華南地區IDC(互聯網數據中心)、汽車等行業大客戶的開發、維護與深耕,聚焦電氣元器件及相關解決方案的銷售,完成個人銷售目標。
Responsible for the development, maintenance, and deepening of key accounts in industries such as IDC (Internet Data Center) and automotive in South China, focusing on the sales of electrical components and related solutions to achieve personal sales targets.
2.客戶洞察與分析:深入梳理客戶組織架構、業務戰略及決策流程,建立完善的客戶檔案(含組織架構、關鍵決策人、業務需求、歷史合作等),持續跟蹤客戶需求變化,識別潛在項目機會。
Conduct in-depth analysis of customer organizational structures, business strategies, and decision-making processes; establish comprehensive customer profiles (including organizational charts, key decision-makers, business needs, historical cooperation, etc.); continuously track changes in customer needs and identify potential project opportunities.
3.項目與機會管理:對所負責大客戶的項目進展進行全生命周期跟蹤,協調公司內部(如區域、產品、技術、供應鏈)與外部(如客戶、合作伙伴)資源,推動項目落地;挖掘客戶潛在需求,共研共創拓展合作領域,提升客戶價值。
Track the entire lifecycle of projects for assigned key accounts, coordinate internal (regional, product, technical, supply chain) and external (customer, partner) resources to drive project implementation; explore potential customer needs, conduct co-development to expand cooperation areas, and enhance customer value.
4.戰略協議推進:引導并推動集團短名單技術協議、戰略協議的談判與簽訂,深化與客戶的長期合作關系,鞏固施耐德萬高在華南地區行業客戶中的市場份額。
Lead and facilitate the negotiation and signing of group short-list technical agreements and strategic agreements to deepen long-term cooperative relationships with customers and consolidate Schneider Wingoal's market share among industry clients in South China.
5.市場與競爭反饋:收集行業動態、競爭對手信息及客戶需求反饋,為公司制定區域銷售策略、產品優化提供數據支持。
Collect industry trends, competitor information, and customer feedback to provide data support for the company's formulation of regional sales strategies and product optimization.
Requirement
1.基本條件(Basic Requirements)
本科及以上學歷,電氣工程及其自動化、機電一體化等相關專業優先;
Bachelor's degree or above, with preference given to majors in Electrical Engineering and Automation, Mechatronics, or related fields.
2.行業經驗(Industry Experience)
具備5年以上電氣元器件銷售經驗,熟悉電氣機械/電力設備行業市場;有大型行業客戶(如新能源、互聯網、金融、算力等)開發經驗者優先。
Over 5 years of sales experience in electrical components, familiar with the electrical machinery/power equipment industry; prior experience in developing large industry clients (such as new energy, internet, finance, computing power, etc.) is preferred.
3.大客戶管理能力(Key Account Management Capability)
具備3年以上大客戶開發與管理經驗,熟悉大客戶銷售流程(如項目立項、需求調研、方案呈現、談判簽約),能獨立主導復雜項目,具備較強的項目節點把控能力。
Over 3 years of experience in key account development and management, familiar with key account sales processes (e.g., project initiation, needs research, solution presentation, negotiation and signing); able to independently lead complex projects and possess strong project milestone control capabilities.
