Executive Assistant to VPs
- Manage calendars, including scheduling appointment, meetings and teleconferences
- Arrange domestic and international travels, T/E creation and reimbursement, travel agenda, etc
- Support day-to-day administrative tasks based on brief
- Managing Global Team Visits, which include planning, venue scouting, transportation logistics, and meeting F
