General HR Support
Operation on Expat Staffs’ work permits, work visa, temperate residence record, and residence permits.
Medical Insurance for Expats staff and Supplement medical insurance for PRC staff.
Staff file management
Responsible for staff attendance management.
Assist to the new hire orientation and induction process.
Assist to Exit/leaving process
Any other job tasks as assigned by line manager.
Qualifications
Undergraduate in Human Resource Management or English.
Good verbal and written skills in the English language.
Strong sense of good communication.
Work conditions
At least 3 days per week (8am-5pm)

Promote and safeguard the welfare of all students in the school;

Keep professional relationships with students where personal boundaries are respected and maintained;
