一、招聘崗位及待遇

(一)講教授

諾貝爾獎、菲爾茲獎、圖靈獎等全球頂級獎項獲得者;發達國家外籍院士;在海內外享有崇高學術聲望和影響的大師級學者。年齡一般不超過65歲,一事一議。

(二)卓越人才

1.基本條件

在海外高水平大學、研究機構擔教授、副教授或相當職務,以及著名跨國公司研發部門負責人,年齡一般不超過55歲。

2.具體待遇

1)崗位:特聘教授、博士生導師。

2)薪酬:60-120萬元+有關獎勵,上不封頂。

3)安家補貼:200-250萬元(不含國家、地方配套補貼)。提供全裝修的過渡性人才公寓,拎包入住。

4)學術啟動經費:人文社會科學50-100萬元,非實驗理科100-200萬元,實驗理、工、醫科300-500萬元。可根據需要另行提供大型儀器設備費。

(三)杰出人才

1.基本條件

在海外高水平大學、研究機構擔任副教授、助理教授或相當職務者,年齡一般不超過45歲(人文社科類可放寬至52歲)。

2.具體待遇

1)崗位:特聘教授、博士生導師。

2)薪酬:35-60萬元+有關獎勵,上不封頂。

3)安家補貼:150-180萬(不含國家、地方配套補貼)。提供全裝修的過渡性人才公寓,拎包入住。

4)學術啟動經費:人文社會科學50萬元,非實驗理科60-80萬元,實驗理、工、醫科80-200萬元。可根據需要另行提供大型儀器設備費。

(四)精英人才

1.基本條件

在海外高水平大學、研究機構擔任助理教授或相當職務者,年齡一般不超過38歲(人文社科類可放寬至45歲)。

2.具體待遇

1)崗位:特聘教授、博士生導師。

2)薪酬:25-35萬元+有關獎勵,上不封頂。

3)安家補貼:80-120萬元(不含國家、地方配套補貼)。提供全裝修的過渡性人才公寓,拎包入住。

4)學術啟動經費:人文社會科學10萬元,非實驗理科30-60萬元,實驗理、工、醫科40-80萬元。可根據需要另行提供大型儀器設備費。

(五)優秀青年學者

1.基本條件

海內外高水平大學、研究機構的優秀博士或博士后;在本學科領域具有一定影響力,學術研究成果突出,有成為學術帶頭人的潛力。年齡一般不超過32歲(人文社科類可放寬至35歲)。

2.具體待遇

1)崗位:副教授/講師

2)薪酬:20-30萬元+有關獎勵,上不封頂。

3)學術啟動經費:人文社科一般為10萬元、非實驗性學科一般為20萬元、實驗性學科一般為40萬元。

4)提供必要的辦公條件和場所、過渡性住房。

(六)師資博士后

1.基本條件

符合學校當年教師招聘計劃和條件,符合統招博士后招收條件,年齡一般不超過30歲(人文社科類可放寬至32歲),身心健康。

2.具體待遇

1)基本年薪:20萬元+有關獎勵,上不封頂。

2)獎補金:根據績效評估結果按年度發放。績效評估優秀者聘期內獎補金總額為40萬元,績效評估良好者聘期內獎補金總額為20萬元。

3)其他支持:在站期間獲得國家博士后創新人才支持計劃、博士后國際交流計劃引進項目、博士后國際交流計劃派出項目、香江學者計劃、澳門青年學者計劃、中德博士后交流項目等項目資助的,所獲得的資助補貼不計入學校的總薪酬,疊加發放。

二、其他支持措施

(一)人才項目支持

1.優先推薦申報江蘇省“雙創計劃”,對入選的雙創人才,三年內省級財政給予總共500萬元、300萬元、100萬元或50萬元的創新創業資金資助;對入選的雙創團隊,三年內省級財政給予總共300-800萬元的人才經費資助;對入選的雙創博士,兩年內省級財政給予總共15萬元的創新創業資金資助。

2.優先推薦申報“江蘇特聘教授”,如入選,聘期三年內,省級財政給予每人每年12萬元的崗位津貼(免征個人所得稅),對自然科學類、人文社會科學類分別提供100萬元(特別優秀的提供200萬元)、50萬元的科研經費。

3.優先推薦申報蘇州市“姑蘇創新創業領軍人才”(青年領軍人才),如入選,分別給予50萬、100萬、200萬的科技項目經費資助;符合條件的,可按照蘇州市“樂居工程”享受拔尖型人才的樂居政策。

(二)個人補貼支持

1.蘇州市“引才補貼”,按照相應層次引進的高端人才,蘇州市提供引才補貼,入選的人才根據不同類別最高可分別享受25萬、50萬、250萬。

2.蘇州市“樂居工程”,入選者可享受“樂居租房貼”、“樂居助力貸”。其中,最高可享受8000/月的“樂居租房貼”;首次使用公積金住房貸款購買首套住房,“樂居助力貸”不受繳存時間限制,按繳存基數計算可貸額度,貸款額度可放寬至最高限額的4倍。

3.蘇州市“優秀人才貢獻獎勵”,貢獻獎勵標準不超過個人上年度年收入所形成的地方財力,且不超過其在蘇購買或租賃汽車、自住住房、辦公用房、參加專業領域培訓及興辦企業等支出的總額。獎勵總額歷年累計不超過100萬元/人。

4.還可申請蘇州工業園區“金雞湖人才計劃”、“薪酬補貼”、獨墅湖科教創新區“高端人才集聚計劃”等區級人才計劃。

(三)其他支持

學校為特聘教授及以上人才提供充足的辦公實驗室用房,支持招聘科研助手組建科研團隊,研究生招生指標予以政策性傾斜;協助解決配偶工作及子女入學,提供附屬醫院便捷就醫條件。為外籍教師按規定參加社會保險或購買商業醫療保險。
