Manages outside contractors performing maintenance, repairs to the facility or utility system Cost reduction Support Lean Deployment Background /Experiences Bachelor degree or above 3 years working experiences in civil and industrial construction , facility management , architectural engineering is preferred Be able to use Auto CAD software . Work proactively, good communication and coordination skill. Be honest and integrity, brave to take responsibility, work hard and be good at teamwork.
