Job Description:
- Coordinate with PjM/TEF/BPS/HSE and other related areas for VHC pin header and connector assembly line technical specification definition, MAE concept creation, MAE acceptance and release
- Collaboration with lead plant and international production network
- Collaboration and alignment with project management, technical experts, purchasing and external suppliers
- Participation in simultanuous engineering teams
- Create/Edite and release of manufacturing instructions/standards (WI, Flow Chart, PFMEA, Control Plan...)
- Problem solving during ramp up phase and daily production
- Responsible for system CIP project and follow up
- Continue improvement for production target KPI achievement (OEE, IDC, FPY...)
- VSM
